When I connected the product, the quality of the output on the monitor was so degraded, I had to disconnect. The quality of the cable must be so poor that it renders it ineffective to be used for its intended purpose. The low price reflects low quality.

I ordered a product and waiting, a week and a half later it had not arrived. After emailing the seller, they shipped out another identical item that arrived in two days. They also refunded me the money paid for the shipping of the first one. What happened to the first one? It was lost by the USPS, and arrived a month later. That is no fault of the seller, and they still did a great job reimbursing me for it.
