I purchased this product and have to say I was very pleased with the speed at which I received it. That was a big plus after I had damaged a plug in my wall when I was installing a subwoofer--waiting was a killer and this vendor helped ease that pain.
When I received the product it was intelligently packaged in a padded envelope. It went in quickly, fitting as it should in the keystone insert and gripping well even when having an RCA jack pushed into it. The coupler firmly held both ends wire which I plugged into it. The subwoofer came up without issue after powering it on, indicating a to me a good, clean connection--this was a combination of a good product and seller which I would both buy from again and recommend to other Amazon customers.
